Retinaldehyde is the first precursor of retinoic acid with biological activity on the skin and less side-effects. This is an efficient topic agent for chrono and photo aging as it increases the thickness of the epidermis and the cutaneous elasticity, has anti-inflammatory properties reducing the levels of prostaglandins and interleukins and, differently from other retinoids, such as retinol or retinil, has antibacterial properties against gram-positive bacteria such as P. Acnes, which makes it very useful in acne treatments.

Peels may be combined with other ebum-regulating, repairing or depigmenting treatments, as well as microneedling systems, lasers, IPL’s, other chemical peels, etc.

Although you can use them separately, we recommend that they be used together to maximise their benefits.

After cleansing with Sensyses liposomal cleanser and protecting the sensitive areas with a suitable product (Silkses moisturising skin protector), apply 1-2 layers of Ses-retinal orange peel mist with a massage until the solution is dry. Finish the treatment by sealing the area with Ses-retinal orange peel gel.

Allow to act for 4 h approx. and wash the affected area with a gentle soap (Hidraven soap-free foamy cream or Homecare soap-free foamy cream).
