SA is mainly known for its keratolytic and comedolytic properties. Apply 1-2 coats of Salipeel using a gauze soaked in the solution. Apply quickly and evenly in 10-15 seconds. As the solution dries up, a slight white mask will begin to appear, which indicates the peel’s endpoint. You can fan it or ventilate to relieve the burning sensation and to speed up the solution’s drying process.
If you wish to wash the area, in order to remove the white mask for esthetic reasons, you can do so with gauzes soaked in water. If it is applied on an area that is barely visible (on the scalp, for instance), this step may be avoided.
